Rosedelma is the Associate Director of the Center for Student Belonging and the Center for Workforce Recruitment, & Retention at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She received her Masters in Intercultural Relations, and her doctorate in Educational Leadership in Higher Education. Rosedelma is an Educator, Social Anthropologist, and Artist. She is committed to addressing disparities within and outside of Higher Education in order to foster diverse, inclusive, and culturally competent learning, and training environments. Through mentorship and training, she has supported students, faculty, and trainees who are underrepresented within, and outside of higher education.
